Article #13:
Everyone has the right to freedom of movement and residence within the borders of each state.
Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own, and to return to his country.

This right says that we have the freedom to leave any country at any time and at any place, this is the one that says us that we are free to go around the world.

Article#15
Everyone has the right to a nationality.
No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his nationality nor denied the right to change his nationality.

This says to us that all persons have the right to have a nationality and no one should denied or change his nationality without any permission.
