Human Rights

This article says that no-one should be arrested or exiled without enough proof to show that the privation of his/her liberty is fair and completely necessary or else the person involved in this “crime” should be out of jail as fast as possible.

The right 12 or article is that a person have the right to have the law's protecion gainst an attack towards his honor or reputation, becausse we all need to be respected.

Right#12No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honour and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.

Right#9No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile.
